It's been a year since my awesome trip to Europe with Hayley! Where did the time go? That trip was definitely one of the greatest highlights of my life, and I'm so glad we went!
At the time, my family was concerned that it might not be safe to go to Europe. While we were there, the terrible Bastille Day attack happened. I brought up those concerns to Hayley, but she helped reassure me that we'd be okay--and she said she thought if we waited any longer to go, things might just get worse. Watching all the headlines about London this summer..... I think she definitely made the right call. I'm not sure I would go this summer with everything that is happening over there.
